  28. BC 5.0 hasn't been released yet -- due mid-March. 
  29. MSVC40 is the King of the Hill right now (IMHO).  Judging by 
  30. Borland's specs it will be the best of the lot.  Typically, the latest 
  31. product is the 'best' as the vendors leap frog each other with 
  32. each new release of development environments.
