- BC 5.0 hasn't been released yet -- due mid-March.
- MSVC40 is the King of the Hill right now (IMHO). Judging by
- Borland's specs it will be the best of the lot. Typically, the latest
- product is the 'best' as the vendors leap frog each other with
- each new release of development environments.
